SRJ Tools is operated by SRJahir Tech. This privacy policy explains how we handle information when you use our website at tools.srjahir.in.
Files you upload: When you use a tool that requires server-side processing (like Word to PDF conversion or PDF merging), your file is temporarily sent to our backend for processing. Once the conversion is done and you download the result, the file is automatically deleted. We do not read, copy, or store your files beyond what's needed to complete the task.
Analytics data: We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site — things like which tools are most popular, what devices people use, and how they found us. This data is anonymized and never tied to your identity.
No personal information: We don't ask for your name, email, phone number, or any personal details to use our tools. There's no account system, no login, and no registration.
The only data we "use" is anonymous analytics to improve the site. We look at things like which tools get the most traffic so we can prioritize improvements. That's it. Your uploaded files are processed and discarded — we have no reason to keep them.

Browser-based tools (like Rotate PDF and Organize PDF) never send your files anywhere — everything runs locally on your device.
SRJ Tools is a general-purpose tool website and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we ever update this privacy policy, we'll post the changes on this page with a new "Last updated" date. We don't expect major changes since our approach is simple — don't collect what you don't need.
